we love starfall! D loved it when she was younger and we just introduced it to the boys. They think its HILARIOUS!. not to mention now every time the iPad makes an appearance they FREAK out with excitement and then if we put it away they get SO mad... full on temper tantrum.

here are some videos of the kiddos playing with christmas toys! (and excuse the big mess. we had just got home from out of town and the boys ate a lot of popcorn. or threw it on the ground and stomped on it!)

this one is the biggest pain to put together bc the boys just tear it apart - hence colton throwing a fit during part of it. 

then theres the basketball hoop. the boys, mainly colton, are obsessed!! too bad this  kid is short bc he could spend all day shooting hoops!

and this is for grandpa. he doesnt believe these boys fight...

Christmas!

This post is all about christmas eve/christmas morning! There is another post after this about all the other stuff we did while at grandma/grandpas house!

D did a nativity scene in primary the sunday before we left and so she was REALLY into putting on a show for everyone. She got all dressed up like Mary one day with a baby doll (Jesus) and so we decided on Christmas Eve we would skype with Bonnie so Niccole and ADam could be Joseph and the angel. Little did D know... Adam was staying in NY... she thought he was coming to grandma's house and was VERY upset. poor girl. We can't wait for them to hopefully be closer next year and make it for Christmas! Its been 18 months since we've seen them last! (and thats not ok! haha)

Colton, Kemp and Paysen were supposed to be the 3 wisemen. Colton didnt mind putting his blanket on his head - because he does it all the time. K and P? not so much! haha

ok. it seriously took me FOREVER to get D in the bath and then i remembered that she had a new nightgown. That did the trick!

Grandma's House

It was so fun to have cousins together at grandma's house. The boys love having another friend to play with and Its fun that paysen and the boys are only 3 weeks apart! 

And of course D LOVES to go to grandma's house and play with Miss Ayla. They've done really well playing together lately!

we stayed at home and played a lot, we went to the casino for christmas morning breakfast, we went to the outlets to shop, made a trip to costco and just hung out! It was fun and a little hectic with our two little monsters. Mom and Dad were probably so glad when we left ; ) haha. We are glad they dont mind our craziness.

Christmas night i went to get D to put her to bed and she fell asleep by the fake fire. haha it was pretty cute!

one night we had Movie Night! (i believe the guys went to Tom's cousin's house to watch that big fight) Of course we had to have a picnic of popcorn! 

that night we realized D and Paysen were still in grandma's bed with grandma. We went in and found them all cuddled in. it was too cute! D was even holding onto paysen's foot. The boys think any bed = a play place! they do not snuggle! so i think D liked that paysen would lay next to her.
